If ₹49 is deducted from your account but your Premium test series does not unlock after refreshing the page, message us on Telegram with your registered email and payment reference. We'll verify with Razorpay and issue a full refund if the payment did not go through on our end.
Premium is a digital subscription that unlocks instantly. Because content is available immediately on payment, we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind once the test series has been unlocked and accessed.
If you're accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, contact us on Telegram — duplicate charges are refunded in full.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
